OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to Registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Hygiene students (enrolled in accredited Dental Hygiene Institutions) who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia only, who are at least 18 years of age as of March 1, 2008. Employees of Zenith Dental (Sponsor) and its affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses), and persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited.

2. How to enter: Enter the drawing by completing and submitting the online Entry Form as directed. Alternative means of entry: Print your name, mailing address, email address and telephone as well as the following code; T2L19 on a 3” x 5” post card and mail to: Zenith Dental, 242 South Dean Street , Englewood, NJ 07631 - Attn.: RDH Under One Roof Giveaway. The Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), March 1, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. EST, May 30, 2008 (the “Sweepstake Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST, May 30, 2008. One entry per person/e-mail address/mailing address only regardless of the method of entry. Online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries and requests become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

3. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Two (2) Grand Prizes: a trip for winner to the 2008 RDH Under One Roof Event in Chicago, Illinois from July 29th, 2008 through August 3rd, 2008. (ARV $2250.00) Trip consists of 4 days/4 nights at the Chicago Hilton, round trip economy class air travel from a major commercial airport located within the continental U.S. near winner’s residence, and paid tuition to the RDH Under One Roof Event (Event) at the Chicago Hilton. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prize and any expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize, including but not limited to meals, tips, airport transfers and government fees. Travel must be completed by August 3, 2008. Certain restrictions apply. Standard hotel accommodations at the Chicago Hilton and Event registration and tuition will booked by Sponsor prior to the Event. Flight must be booked 3 weeks in advance of departure date, through Sponsor’s designated travel agent as commercial economy class seating on dates and times approved by Sponsor. If winner has already registered for the Event prior to the announcement, Sponsor will reimburse Winner for full tuition cost upon receiving proof of purchase. No prize transfer. No cash or other prize substitution except as indicated. An IRS Form 1099 reporting the fiar market value of the prize will be filed with IRS..

4. Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be chosen on or about June 2, 2008, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, phone, or e-mail. Non-winning entries will not be notified. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within time specified in notification or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable or failure to timely return any prize document will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. General: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements and all decisions of Sponsor; (ii) to hold Sponsor, participating publications and media agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parents harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of the Winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize ; and (iii) if a winner, to the use by Sponsor of name, voice, likeness, town and biographical information in all media without further compensation or prior approval for promotional, publicity and advertising purposes, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or garbled entries. Sponsor not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, or network malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption , including disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Sweepstakes Web site. If such malfunction, error, disruption, or damage occurs or any other matter impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes by posting a notice on the Web site. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing any malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any unauthorized Internet entries, including, without limitation, more than one entry from the same person per day, or any entries made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and any action pertaining to the Sweepstakes may be brought only in a federal or state court located in Bergen County, State of New Jersey.

8. For the names of the Winners, send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Zenith Dental, c/o RDH: UNDER ONE ROOF GIVEAWAY, 242 Sth. Dean Street, Englewood, NJ 07631. All requests must be received by August 3, 2008.
